Photo Backlog - A's Adventures - January 2016

A and I spent a lot of time on adventures in January 2015. I don't think I took any photos of C with the good camera that month - I believe he had norovirus and e. coli at the same time that month, so he was either sick or at home to avoid germs most of the time. As such, this batch will be some of the fun things A and I did around trips to the doctor! Not great photos overall, but still fun to walk down memory lane.

Child in red-striped shirt holding a baby on a brown blanket. Baby wears white with red socks. Cozy indoor setting, warm mood.
My youngest nephew on my side was born in January 2016. A was immediately smitten, as she loved babies.
Baby in white outfit on brown blanket, wearing red socks with yellow text. A child's hands gently hold the baby's feet.
Baby feet + Cyclones!
Young child in a red-striped shirt gently holds a newborn's hand on a soft blanket. Warm, cozy atmosphere with neutral background.
Look at the love on A's face!
Child with curly hair and glasses smiles in a black and white photo, wearing denim overalls and a shirt, indoors with soft lighting.
I love how kids can pull off overalls so much better than adults1
A child with curly hair kisses a baby on the cheek. The baby smiles softly. They're on a sofa, with a fluffy pillow in the background.
A just doted on C at this age. He was about 1.5, and she was 5.5. She was the best big sister, especially when he was sick.
Child with curly hair and glasses eats a sandwich, wearing a yellow shirt and red headband. The background is blurred, creating a cozy mood.
This photo is a little soft on focus/motion (see the caption on the next photo for explanation) - but A and I went to an ISU women's basketball game for Girl Scouts. She loved it!
A large bird mascot hands a toy to a child in a stadium with red seats. The mascot is colorful, with a yellow beak and red feathers.
Woof - this is a crap photo of A with Cy. I had my beginner DSLR at an ISU game up in the balcony, which is pretty dark. I don't think I had a new lens yet, and the sensor wasn't great at higher ISOs. Anyway - I still love how excited she was to see our mascot!

My name is Angie.  I find normal to be largely boring.  I am really lucky to get to spend time behind my camera doing all kinds of fun things, and also super-really annoying my kids by taking a million photos of them.
