Eiffel Tower & Seine Cruise - September 2022

I went to Paris with a friend/former coworker in September 2022. We'd originally planned on going the year before, but COVID was surging and we didn't feel it was safe. We postponed our trip to a year later, September 2022.

The first day, we flew in and went straight to the Eiffel Tower and for a cruise and crepes on the Seine. The Eiffel Tower was exactly as impressive and beautiful as expected, and the Seine Cruise saw the Pont de Neuf, the Musee d'Orsay, The Notre Dame, and much more.

The Eiffel Tower against a blue sky.
Much nicer and classier than the one in Las Vegas. (Surely that is the only time that sentence has ever been written about anything.)

Pont Alexandre III
Pont Alexandre III - I don't know if there's a Pont Alexandre I or II, and there wasn't anyone to ask.

Pont Neuf - what a delicate-sounding way to just say "New Bridge." Leave it to the French to take something banal and imbue it with the appearance of elegance.

Bateaux Mouches - a super fancy dinner cruise on the Seine. We did the Bateaux Parisiens, which is more like a floating public bathroom.

My name is Angie.  I find normal to be largely boring.  I am really lucky to get to spend time behind my camera doing all kinds of fun things, and also super-really annoying my kids by taking a million photos of them.
