Halloweens - October 2012 & 2013

We don't have a lot of photos from 2012 and 2013, so this is a combined post.

A was a puppy, again because of her love of animals. I put eyeliner on her nose as a puppy nose, unaware that it would be incredibly difficult to wash off. She had sort of a grey nose for a few days after, but as this was her first trick-or-treat, it was worth it.

Child in a dog costume walks on a sidewalk, holding a pink pumpkin bucket. Residential street in the background, with grassy lawns.

Child in cow costume walking on sidewalk with a pink bucket, surrounded by green grass. Appears to be trick-or-treating.

Adult in pink jacket and child in animal costume walk to a house door. House has gray siding, surrounded by green shrubs. Cozy atmosphere.

Our children are also sometimes either benefitted by or victim to (depending on perspective) our senses of humor. We asked A if she wanted to wear this costume without really going into what droogs in A Clockwork Orange were, and she was all in. Pro-tip, it's hard to find a jock strap for a three-year-old.

Child dressed in white suit and black bowler hat, smiling and posing in front of a brown garage door. Joyful mood, overcast day.

Child in white outfit and black bowler hat holding a cane stands on pavement. Dark garage door in background. Playful mood.

My name is Angie.  I find normal to be largely boring.  I am really lucky to get to spend time behind my camera doing all kinds of fun things, and also super-really annoying my kids by taking a million photos of them.
