Iowa State Fair Photography Salon - 2026
The Iowa State Fair is officially over, and photos are picked up. As such, I can probably post my selections and my big fat rejection.
I received this card a while back:
So, three in of four, but no awards. Not too shabby, but I do love an award, I can't lie. That was an utterly unlikeable sentence. Anyway. Here are the three that got in, and the one that they decided was hot garbage.
I liked the panoramic, as it was taken at the Neon Museum in Las Vegas, where they store old decommissioned neon signs from all over Vegas. I absolutely loved the museum, although I had to use a tripod and that's a real pain in the ass.
